Tegas solutions overview
Our Services

Three services for three stages of readiness

Each engagement is scoped to deliver value where your operation currently stands — not where a software product assumes it should be.

Our Methodology

How a Tegas engagement is structured

All three services follow the same underlying principle: we match the level of AI involvement to the level of readiness we observe in your operation. We do not push operations toward more complexity than they can absorb, nor do we hold back useful suggestions when the ground is genuinely ready.

The route metaphor runs through how we think about each engagement. A Listening Visit establishes where your operation currently sits — the origin point. A Co-Pilot Pilot maps out a short, structured route with checkpoints. A Stewardship Retainer is the ongoing navigation support for a journey already underway.

We write everything down. Every engagement ends with a document, not a conversation, because documents can be read, shared, and challenged. Verbal debriefs disappear; written briefs become institutional memory.

Quality assurance across all services

  • Written data handling agreement before any engagement begins
  • Read-only TMS integration as a firm technical commitment
  • Bilingual engagement throughout — Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Closing written output for every service, no exceptions
  • JPJ and KKR-aligned framing for all operational recommendations
Dispatch Listening Visit
Service 01

Dispatch Listening Visit

A two-day visit to your dispatch room and one of your depots, observing how route plans are made, how driver communications happen, and where information is repeated or lost. We close with a written brief naming a few small AI assists that might help — typically address normalisation, route-deviation summarisation, or proof-of-delivery triage. No tooling is purchased at this stage.

What is included

  • Two full days on-site — dispatch room plus one depot
  • Observation of live dispatch operations and communications
  • Structured interviews with dispatchers and operations staff
  • Written brief with named friction points and potential AI assists
  • No software recommendation or purchasing required at this stage

How the visit runs

DAY 1

Dispatch room observation — morning shift. Structured conversation with lead dispatcher and operations manager in the afternoon.

DAY 2

Depot visit — driver briefings, proof-of-delivery handling, returns process. Closing debrief with operations head.

+5 DAYS

Written brief delivered within five working days of the visit's close.

Service 02

Dispatcher Co-Pilot Pilot

A measured pilot of an AI assist for one of your dispatch desks — for example, a system that flags addresses likely to fail, groups deviations into patterns, and drafts neutral updates to customers for human approval. Integration is read-only with your TMS; humans confirm every external message. The pilot runs for six weeks with weekly clinics and bilingual training for dispatchers.

What is included

  • AI assist configuration scoped to your dispatch context
  • Read-only integration with your existing TMS
  • Weekly Thursday clinic — review of flags, suggestions, and dismissals
  • Bilingual dispatcher training — Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Closing written summary with findings and next-step recommendation

Six-week schedule

WK 1–2

Setup and integration. Read-only TMS access established; dispatcher briefing and initial bilingual training session.

WK 3–6

Live pilot. Weekly Thursday clinics reviewing what the AI flagged, what dispatchers accepted or dismissed, and any emerging patterns.

+5 DAYS

Closing summary delivered within five working days of week six's clinic.

Fixed fee

RM 4,940

Dispatcher Co-Pilot Pilot
Operations Stewardship Retainer
Service 03

Operations Stewardship Retainer

A monthly advisory arrangement for fleet operations leaders whose teams already use AI in dispatch. We review what the system suggested, where it helped, and where it distracted from human judgement. The closing memo is short, written for an operations head, and aligned with JPJ and KKR notices. Includes one quarterly depot visit and a yearly written summary for your board.

What is included each month

  • Monthly review of AI system activity and dispatcher interaction data
  • Written memo delivered to operations head within five working days
  • Updates on JPJ and KKR notices that affect dispatch or fleet operations
  • One quarterly on-site depot visit (within Selangor / Federal Territory)
  • Annual board-ready written summary
  • No minimum contract term — month-to-month arrangement

Who this is for

Operations leaders whose teams are already working with AI in dispatch — whether that came through Tegas, a TMS vendor, or an in-house project. The retainer provides a neutral, ongoing perspective on whether the AI is serving human judgement well.

Monthly fee

RM 1,360 /month

Protocols that apply across all services

Data security and PDPA

Written data handling agreement before any access. Read-only TMS integration only. No retention of client operational data after engagement close.

Bilingual delivery

All training and clinics in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Written outputs in English; Bahasa Malaysia summaries available on request.

JPJ and KKR alignment

All recommendations and retainer memos are framed within current regulatory guidance for fleet operations in Malaysia.

Delivery commitments

Written outputs delivered within five working days of engagement close, or within five working days of each monthly cycle for retainer clients.

Vendor independence

No referral relationships or commercial arrangements with software vendors. Tooling recommended is selected for client fit only.

Honest assessment

If a Listening Visit finds that AI assists are not a priority for your operation right now, the brief will say so clearly. We do not shape findings to justify the next service.
